Founded in 2018
CortexPMO was founded by ing. Ruben de Jong in 2018 and emerged from the philosophy of how a project can be supported in an innovative way. The knowledge and experience gained in infrastructural and energy projects have influenced the way in which he works. Rational thinking, ownership and adaptability are crusial in this.

As Managing Director, Ruben places his soul and happiness in every project he works on. During his younger years he has always been busy with engineering and electrical engineering components. Disassembling equipment and understanding how a circuit works was a daily activity. After completing the MTS he joined Vialis in the management and maintenance department. After that he went through various departments and roles. After 15 years it was time to discover a new branch and opted for the energy sector. Joulz Energy Solutions bv gave the opportunity to explore the industry in various roles from the Support department.
